Grizzelda's offers a mixed dining experience, with some finding the food and service to be average, while others praise the fantastic drinks and friendly staff. Despite some issues with slow service and cleanliness, guests appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and attention to COVID safety measures. The diverse menu and dog-friendly patio add to the appeal, though some are put off by disrespectful treatment from the staff towards guests with medical conditions. Overall, while the restaurant may have its ups and downs, many patrons still find Grizzelda's to be a fun and flavorful spot worth returning to.

Amazing service, great vibe, beautiful interior, but the food is what made this really disappointing. It is extremely loud(we went for brunch) so kind of hard to hear each other. Didn’t seem too busy either but was still really loud with the music. The service was great! Our server prompt and polite, and offered his favorite dishes. The food was terrible. I was really excited to try this place for the first time and to try the servers recommendations, but unfortunately seems like this place is just pretty to be at. The barbacoa isn’t actual barbacoa, it’s the beef shoulder and not the best I’ve had. The chicken enchiladas were bland, and the queso appetizer was okay. The chips were nice and crunchy that came with the queso. Also, I did ask before if the salsa was spicy (considering it’s a Mexican restaurant) but it is NOT spicy, so we didn’t order it. Overall, Grizzelda’s was cute, energetic, and had good service, but if you’re wanting a good brunch meal, I would choose another restaurant.

Amazing! This is the best restaurant we've been to since we arrived in Austin. To top it all off, our server was outstanding. He was friendly, enthusiastic about the menu, and made sure our bottomless mimosas were always topped up. I highly recommend this place—10 out of 10! Be sure to try the Churro Waffles Chicken!

**Seasonal Agua Fresca:** This drink was pleasant, though a bit on the sweet side. **Strawberry & Mango (S&M):** It was quite bland; I couldn't really detect the flavors of mango or strawberry. **Coco Loco:** I found this to be quite enjoyable. **Spicy Margarita:** It was satisfactory. **Tostadas de Atún:** These could have used some additional seasoning. **Cauliflower Tostaditas:** These were tasty and full of flavor. **Butcher Cut Fajitas:** Overall, these were good, although some pieces of steak could have been seasoned more and were a bit tough. **Churros:** They were very fresh, but slightly too sweet for my preference.
