When I went in to place an order, I noticed three employees at the line preparing food. They all looked up and saw me, but none acknowledged my presence. Instead, they seemed to be debating amongst themselves about who would take my order. I eventually decided to leave rather than make them feel obligated to help me. It's not a good approach to make customers feel like a burden.

Please ease up on the salt, Five Guys.

My o... read more Five Guys always serves a great burger and delicious fries. At this location, the staff were extremely friendly and appeared to genuinely enjoy their work. My only concern is that a small cheeseburger, small fries, and a regular fountain drink from the menu cost over $17. Feeding a whole family would be quite expensive. That said, the fries were large enough to share between at least two people. I’ll definitely return to Five Guys, but next time I’ll bring someone along to share.

If you enjoy peanuts in the shell, they offer them for free to snack on while you wait for your order.
