My only issue is that a small che... read more Always a great burger and delicious fries. This location the workers were super friendly and seemed to be enjoying their work. My only issue is that a small cheeseburger, small fries, and regular fountain drink was over $17. I would be in trouble if I hada whole family to feed. Having said that, the fries would have fed at least 2 people. I'll be back but I'll bring someone toshare with.

When I went in to place an order, I noticed three... read more I really enjoy Five Guys, but the location on William Cannon in Austin needs improvement in customer service. When I went in to place an order, I noticed three employees at the line preparing food. They all looked up and saw me, but none acknowledged my presence. Instead, they seemed to be debating amongst themselves about who would take my order. I eventually decided to leave rather than make them feel obligated to help me. It's not a good approach to make customers feel like a burden.
