First Watch - Austin

Trifecta breakfast waffle and eggs over easy, I swapped out the regular bacon for the million dollar bacon. My favorite. Great breakfast great service. Also this location wasn't freezing cold.

The food was delicious. Before my 20% tip, the total was $37 for 2 meals, a dessert 2 coffees. Pics show a roast beef havarti, butternut squash bisque (seasonal), AM superfoods bowl and DELICIOUS lemon Ricatta pancake. Restaurant is in a shopping center so plenty of onsite parking. Staff was very friendly. Masks are optional. I went on a Sun at 9 and place was not too packed. It started to crowd around 10am.

Great service and fresh food each time I come to this restaurant no matter which one I go to!! Love the morning mediation drink!!

Fantastic experience. The Kale Tonic juice was so fresh and bright. I seriously wanted another glass. Shrimp and Grits were full of spice and flavor . One of the best versions I've found in Austin ! The lemon ricotta pancakes are light , fluffy and bright with citrus and fresh fruit . Highly recommend First Watch. The service was wonderful too.

So delicious! It was hard to narrow down a choice on the menu for brunch because it all seemed so good! Make sure to enjoy a refreshing juice, as well!
