tldr: a firm place to scratch the Cajun-Itch in austin came here for lunch on a Saturday. the restaurant was absolutely popping, and the waiting time for an interior was ~45 minutes. we could sit out immediately, and there was a nice brise this day, so we went with it. we started with the fried pickles, as well as a cup of rubber bears for me. the fried pickles were quite solid. nothing super remarkable, but who does...
