Feedback
Nestled in the heart of Downtown Austin, this restaurant boasts stunning views and a festive atmosphere, drawing visitors for its Instagram-worthy scenery and holiday decorations. While many appreciate the ambiance, service experiences vary widely; some guests report long waits and inattentive staff, while others praise friendly servers who go above and beyond. The menu offers a mix of cocktails and dishes, with varying quality reported among patrons. Despite mixed reviews, those seeking a picturesque spot for photos or a cheerful ambiance may find it worthwhile, though potential diners should be prepared for higher-than-average prices. Overall, a hit-or-miss experience.
I went for the NYE buffet and dare to say there was hardly a buffet option. the personal was inconspicuous and we were in any case overwhelmed. not to mention that we were told that we could see a fireworks show, but as soon as we arrived, we were told that we should look at the reflections of the fireworks in the building. so, my nye consisted of terrible foods (over cooked salmon, undercooked carrots and overcooked roasts) no visible fireworks, overpaid for ppl, who did not eat there, an empty place, unfriendly staff after we had asked why we had to pay about, and hastily leave the place while we tried to bill the unfair. zero stars.
Had 10 reservations, but ended with 12. good that we all fit on the couch around our reserved fire pit, or otherwise we had to go. it was said that there was no “stand”. . beautiful atmosphere and that had a wonderful espresso martini.
Enjoyed half-off prices during happy hour and had great choices for small bites while unwinding on the last day of my four-day vacation.
What a fantastic spot! I highly recommend visiting later in the evening. My friend and I arrived at 8 PM, and it was still quite warm outside. The drinks were excellent. We ordered some appetizers, though I regret not taking a picture. We enjoyed a delicious queso with corn and guacamole dip—all in one dish. We also tried the brisket sliders, which were absolutely amazing. However, since they were an appetizer, I wish we had received an even number instead of just three. The live music added to the enjoyable atmosphere, making the experience even more fun. I definitely recommend checking this place out!
