We had a fantastic dinner! The oysters, scallops, crudo, spaghettini, and pork were all top-notch—10/10 for every dish. The wine selection was excellent, and the service from Brandon was outstanding. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a weeknight date! ❤️ View all feedback.

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! Our server was incredibly pleasant and attentive. However, she was overwhelmed at the end when a large table arrived, which delayed our order and caused us to miss the beginning of the show we were there to see. Despite that, we plan to come back for sure!
I visited Eberly with a group of five friends, and while the restaurant is beautiful and our service was decent, unfortunately, only two of us were satisfied with our meals. Three of us ordered the Eggs Benedict and were very disappointed. I have to say it was the worst I've ever had. I couldn't taste any rosemary in the rosemary ham, the greens were overcooked, and the fried egg was only lukewarm. We only realized after we had left that there was no Hollandaise sauce, or we definitely would have voiced our concerns. On the bright side, the cocktails were good.
I had a great experience at this restaurant, which has a lovely atmosphere. The food was very good overall, and the appetizer was outstanding. The seating area accommodates about half the guests and is quite tight. While I was comfortable where we sat with my wife, I would have preferred to sit at the bar if that option was available. The drink service was a bit slow, but the drinks were well-made, and I found the server to be quite competent. This is a beautiful place for a date or a special occasion.
My boyfriend and I visited Eberly the other night to celebrate our anniversary.
The food was excellent, although the portion sizes felt a bit overpriced. The service presented some challenges as the server struggled with English communication. When we inquired about corkage fees, we were informed it would be $55. As a result, we opted for the house Shiraz (Copper Moon), which also cost $55 for a bottle that retails for around $7. Overall, while the food was great, the prices were excessively high.

Everything was fantastic, though my steak was a bit too salty.
Overall, we had a good experience at the restaurant. However, once we got home, we discovered that the crab cake we had intended to take with us was missing from our to-go bag. It was our oversight not to check while we were still at the restaurant, but we didn't expect to encounter this issue. It seems like it was likely an honest mistake, but our son, who was looking forward to having the crab cake, was disappointed that we couldn't bring it back for him.

The dinner and overall experience were truly exceptional! This is a must-visit spot in Austin!
The food was excellent, the service was fantastic, and I will definitely return!

Wow, this restaurant was incredible! What looks like a simple exterior leads to a hidden treasure inside. The food and service were the best I’ve ever experienced, anywhere. They also have gender-neutral restrooms that are both stylish and comfortable, striking a great balance. This place is truly one-of-a-kind!
The food, atmosphere, and service here are absolutely fantastic! They offer personalized menus for birthdays, delicious drinks, and even a complimentary square of chocolate cake with a birthday candle. Our server, whose name I believe was Sam, was wonderful!
We had an amazing experience! We visited on a Monday evening and placed our order for food and drinks at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and attentive, and the drinks were excellent. I highly recommend the Greenbelt pizza, and my husband really enjoyed his burger. We even got to explore the secret room behind the bar. I'm grateful we went when it wasn't too crowded, as we had the opportunity to fully appreciate the beautiful décor.
The food and service were absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed a lovely evening, and our server, Zach, was exceptional. He was very attentive to our needs and made the experience even better. We will definitely return!
Excellent service and delicious food! If you have the chance to take a tour, definitely go for it! The history of this place is truly fascinating! Thank you, Tommy Michael Ebbeler Jr.!

Our dining experience had its ups and downs, with the food being somewhat inconsistent. However, the excellent service and inviting atmosphere more than made up for the shortcomings. Unfortunately, my wife and I received raw chicken that was inedible, but our server was exceptional and sincerely apologized for the kitchen's mistake. To our relief, the restaurant proactively comped our meal without us having to ask. The "Beyond Pines" drink and pastries were remarkable, while the chicken sandwich did not meet expectations. Despite this, we’re definitely willing to give this place another chance because the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service was outstanding. We'll just steer clear of the chicken sandwich on our next visit.
JADE provided an incredible experience for our first visit to Eberly. She was warm, memorable, attentive, and authentic, making our time there truly enjoyable. Everything about our brunch was flawless. I sampled several cocktails, but my favorites were definitely the Rose Sangria and the Nitro Espresso Martini. For our main dishes, we ordered the Avocado Toast topped with an egg and the Fried Chicken Sandwich with fries—both were absolutely delicious. Eberly has quickly become one of my new favorite places in Austin, and I highly recommend it!
As for my drink, the blackberry mule was disappointing. I asked for it to be sweetened, but it was overly strong with ginger flavor—practically just ginger extract. On a brighter note, the king oyster mushroom pasta was good, featuring an interesting type of noodle I hadn't seen before. I personally would have preferred a different noodle, but it was still enjoyable. Regarding service, our server seemed a bit awkward, almost trying too hard to come off as "cool." Other than that, he was fine. The atmosphere was lovely! The restaurant features several charmingly designed spaces, including a dining area, a covered greenhouse-style room, and a patio. In terms of pricing, it felt a bit overpriced for what we received. The portions were smaller than expected, and the taste was about what I anticipated. However, it’s a nice place for a date or gatherings in a pleasant setting. I had a good time with friends, which definitely made it feel more special. Overall, it was a good restaurant to try, and I might revisit someday, but since I'm from out of town, I probably won’t have the chance. Definitely worth a visit! As for parking, they offer complimentary valet service, but we all know tips are expected.
I had the pleasure of dining at Eberly in Austin for a special occasion with my partner. The restaurant is truly stunning and offers a beautiful aesthetic. The service was outstanding, and we chose to sit outside on the lovely patio. The delightful weather contributed to our wonderful evening. We both had an amazing time and quickly fell in love with the place. The food was delicious and offered unique dishes that allowed me to try something new. I would definitely return. The bar area had a cozy atmosphere where we enjoyed chatting over Old Fashioned cocktails. It was a beautiful, enchanting night, just like my partner.
My friend and I visited Eberly on a Friday night and had a fantastic experience! The cocktails were delightful, and the charcuterie cheese board was exceptional. The staff was attentive and warm. Our server, Tim, was outstanding and truly deserves a raise. We highly recommend Eberly! Food: 5/5.

Next time, I think I’ll choose a different venue to celebrate my birthday where I can truly enjoy the occasion. The food quality was mediocre at best, with the main courses being particularly underwhelming. I ordered the short rib, and it was so over-salted that it was almost inedible. Others at my table shared the same sentiment. I ended up taking it home to pair with rice later in an attempt to tone down the saltiness. Overall, the experience—from the food quality to the service—was highly disappointing, especially given this restaurant’s good reputation. The only positive aspect of Eberly is its atmosphere, which includes a lovely garden room that we weren’t able to book. It seems better suited for a more intimate dinner for two. Additionally, be aware that a 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill, and they do offer complimentary valet parking.
**Pros:** 1. The ambiance is lovely with many unique seating areas. 2. Our server was excellent—attentive without being intrusive. 3. I was pleased to order a delightful off-menu cocktail. 4. The starter arrived promptly, and the timing between courses was just right. 5. The food was generally very good. The rolls were amazing, the salmon was quite tasty, the chicken was decent, and the Brussels sprouts were pretty good (some pieces were a bit large, but they were cooked well). The special dessert they provided—blueberry pound cake—was truly delicious. 6. The complimentary valet service made it easy to arrive and depart. 7. I especially appreciated that our server wanted to do something special for our anniversary. She asked if we would prefer champagne or a dessert, considering we had already ordered dessert and I was only having one drink since I was driving. **Cons:** 1. Despite the cozy seating options, we were seated right behind the host stand by the front door, even though it was early, we had a reservation, and it was a special occasion. This was probably the worst table in the restaurant (though I did enjoy people-watching as they entered). 2. The restaurant was overly air-conditioned, so be sure to bring a wrap. 3. It was on the pricey side. I'm all for splurging on a nice meal, but the experience wasn't exceptional enough to justify returning at that cost. 4. The chocolate mousse was not actually a mousse—more like a crumble—and it did not taste good. I really love chocolate, so this was disappointing.
We were pleasantly surprised when the restaurant surprised my wife with a small birthday treat that wasn't even on the menu. We still had room for dessert, and the seasonal rhubarb pudding was absolutely incredible! We can't wait to come back. Also, be sure to grab a drink at the historic bar, which was brought all the way from Manhattan, NYC!
The service and staff at this restaurant are commendable—very professional and never pushy. However, the drinks are considerably better than the food, which sadly does not live up to expectations. The dishes are overly seasoned, and we learned upon arrival that there is a new head chef, which is intriguing, but it seems like they haven’t quite mastered the use of salt yet. To be honest, I came in with low expectations, and the menu felt rather uninspired. While the presentation of the meals is visually appealing, I question whether the ingredients truly enhance the flavors and if they work well together. Are the line cooks executing their tasks correctly? For instance, my pasta was undercooked. There’s a lot of improvement needed to match the beautiful interior and ambiance that this place provides. I’m not likely to return for the food anytime soon. In fact, the photos I took turned out better than the actual dishes.
Overall, we enjoyed our time at the restaurant. The food was enjoyable, though not outstanding. The drinks were quite impressive, albeit a bit pricey. The atmosphere was definitely the standout feature of the venue. The service was reliable, and the complimentary valet parking was a lovely bonus. Although we had high expectations for the meal, we were somewhat let down by the quality of the food. A few small tweaks could have really improved our experience. Nevertheless, we would still consider returning, especially with out-of-town visitors, since the setting and photo opportunities are excellent. It truly embodies the unique spirit of Austin.
