I visit this location not just because they serve the best food among all the Austin spots, but also to express my gratitude to the team here, especially to Jose, who was wonderful tonight. They were incredibly busy, yet he managed multiple tasks with outstanding leadership. While I waited for my online order, he ensured I was well taken care of, going above and beyond to help me. People notice those little things, so hats off to him, and thank you for being such a fantastic person!
This Chipotle location exceeded my expectations! They prepared my order precisely as I requested through their app, and they included generous portions of the ingredients, making it a great value for the price. The bowl was still warm when I received it and didn’t have that stale taste you sometimes get from food that has been sitting out for a while. If I lived nearby, I would absolutely return!
