Another order salmon that was virtually tasteles... read more Two of us ordered salads with chicken. It was cold chopped chicken that was dry, like you’d get at a salad bar. Another order salmon that was virtually tasteless. The Caroline salads also didn’t have the ingredients listed one the menu. Finally, we’d never had enchiladas with too much cheese, but these did. Our side of asparagus had six short skinny spears. It looked RIDICULOUS on the plate. This is a cozy place and we enjoyed our drinks but the food was very disappointing. No one ever asked if the food was ok…. Maybe they know.

The blo... read more Had an birthday dinner on Thursday enjoyed the atmosphere. We started out with the shishito peppers which were great and a large portion which was nice. The blood orange margaritas were great, however, they were out of sugar for the rims. Most of thewomen got salads which we enjoyed, one mentioned hers being underwhelming. One ordered the salmon in which I was able to taste;it was cooked perfectly and decently seasoned however; cauliflower pilaf was incredibly bland. When it came down to service, wehad to flag down our waiter to order drinks and those took quite some time to come out as well as our waters never beingrefilled so one of our guests had to get up and personally find someone to fill the jar. It was a decent experience, howevernothing wowing enough to make this a place to rush back to.

I ordered the roasted corn dip and oven baked chicken wings for apps. The wings were very popular; I kept seeing them being ordered. Formy main course, I ordered the hot and crunchy halibut (baby kale, red grape, avocado, lemon caper aioli). I’d highly recommendthe halibut! And finally, for dessert, you may as well try all three- strawberry shortcake, blueberry cobbler, and warmchocolate cake (salted caramel, roasted pecans, whipped cream).
