During our two-week stay in Austin, we visited Brown's food truck three times! The brisket sandwich was fantastic, juicy, and smoky with a delicious spicy sauce that I could have easily drank. We tried both the potato salad and coleslaw; the potato salad was good, but the coleslaw was exceptional. The vinegar-based slaw paired perfectly with the rich, smoky brisket. We also purchased a link of their boudin to take home, and it was excellent. We are grateful for the opportunity to try Brown's and highly recommend it to others. Give it a shot!

This restaurant in Austin serves some of the best barbecue I've ever had! I tried the brisket, turkey, Mac and cheese, and potato salad and they were all amazing. The prices are really good as well, so I will definitely be returning. I can't stop raving about this barbecue, and the owner is extremely friendly and kind.

Brisket sandwich was very savory and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the bacon bits in the mac and cheese. Not disappointed one bit! Glad I was able to eat at this establishment during my visit to the Austin area
