This place is not to be confused with Terry Black's... read more Very good and juicy turkey and chicken. The smoke flavor was just what I needed on the hot day in Austin,Tx. This place is not to be confused with Terry Black's BBQ. Even the sides were good. Typically if the meat is good sides aren't as good, but thisplace takes pride in the sides too. I didn't like the sauce but when you smoke the meat as good as they did sauce isn'tnecessary. I would recommend and I'm definitely going back.

Also, they forg... read more I put in an online order for pickup. Note that you can't order a beef rib online due to the fluctuation in weight, so I purchased one at pickup. Also, they forgot my Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage Link and gave me green beans instead of Norma Jean'sBeans, but I contacted them through their website and they called first thing the next day and offered those items plus 1/2 lbof meat of my choosing or a refund of the missing/wrong items. I took the refund as I didn't want to make the drive. I reallyappreciated that positive customer service experience. The green beans, coleslaw, extra cheddar mac cheese, and potato saladwere good, but just average. The Mexican Street Corn (limited time, apparently) was delicious and a little spicy. The Fatty BeefBrisket, Chopped Beef, Pulled Pork, and Beef Rib were all fantastic. The Pork Spare Ribs were cooked really well and weren'tbad, but I prefer more rub/crust and sauce (not their fault, that's more of a KC vs Texas BBQ preference). Not pictured is theTurkey Breast ordered for my wife. I usually wouldn't order turkey at a BBQ restaurant (because I prefer all the other meats),but this was some of the best smoked turkey I've ever had! The peach cobbler was decent as well, but I think Rudy's peachcobbler was better. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Their Mac and Cheese was great! We had the apple carmel cobbler for dessert and it was excellent.

It was so te... read more Without a doubt Black's Barbeque is truly some of the BEST BBQ we have eaten. Tried the double meat half lean and half fat sliced brisket sandwich. It was so tender and deliciously smokey with a fantastic bark... They are not shy with their portionseither... We had enough leftover for two more sandwiches the next day. Also had the pork ribs which where amazing, fall off thebone tender. If you haven't tried Blacks BBQ do yourself a big favor and go... Be forewarned sometimes there is a line to get in(worth the wait) Or do like we did and order takeout.

We walked in and were quickly greeted by the staff. They went over our food options and gave us time to go over our order. We ordered beef brisket and beef rib with macaroni cheese, street corn, green beans, pinto beans, potato salad, andpeach cobbler. Everything was tender and delicious. I even packed some meat up to bring it back home.
