I have been to Hold Out next door a few times... read more This was my first time making a reservation at Better Half and I was disappointed with the service and wait times. I have been to Hold Out next door a few times before and always received good service. However, at Better Half, we had to wait a long time for our drinks, both for the first round and the second round that they ended up giving to us for free due to the delay. Another person in our group ordered an extra side dish halfway through our meal, which never arrived. Though they removed the charge for it, this was already the second mistake/delay with our order. I ordered a breakfast burrito, which was surprisingly small and lacked flavor - especially since there was no option for salsa. In a city like Austin with high expectations for Tex-Mex, it's best to avoid the breakfast burrito at Better Half.

I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken burger at this restaurant. Bet... read more Such a beautiful spot to hang with friends on a Saturday morning, take your loved one on a date on a Friday evening, or have brunch with family on a Sunday. Better Half Coffee is certainly one of my all time favorite cafes, and I’m so glad it’s inATX! Lots of cute pink benches are outside, some beautiful seating inside, and free parking available. With coffee andcocktails, there is definitely something in the menu you can enjoy. Oh, wait, did I mention their food is yummy?

The flavors are just elite and it doesn’t taste like melted velveeta like you may taste elsewhere.
