While I'm not typically a fan of Arby's, I was pleasantly surprised by this location. The ingredients were fresh and the menu selection was impressive. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow.
The food at this Arby's location was delicious, just as I remembered. However, I found the restaurant to be quite inconvenient. They used to close at 5pm daily, which is unusual for a fast food chain. As someone who works nearby and gets off at 4:30pm, I was once turned away in the drive-thru at 4:42pm because they were already cleaning up, which I found to be unreasonable. Additionally, they do not have an open dining room, which was disappointing for my mom and her elderly friends who had traveled there for a group outing, only to find out they couldn't eat inside. Overall, not a great experience.
The food was served hot and fresh, and the customer service provided by Diamond was exceptional.
Had a long day of training and went to Arby's because THEY HAVE THE MEATS lol but they have something called sliders. It was the hottest tastiest lil chicken sandwich!! I didn't care for the cheese on it but I'll definitely get another one one day. I also got the signature classic roast beef sandwich
Super fast and friendly, my order was correct and they gave us extra sauce
