Celebrated my birthday at 1618 asian fusion in austin. eating, service, ambiente and price points were excellent! can I get a bowl pho cheaper? but not like the... read more Celebrated my birthday at 1618 asian fusion in austin. eating, service, ambiente and price points were excellent! can I get a bowl pho cheaper? but not like the pho we had in 1618, the ochsenschwanzpho and grilled rinderpho were yummo! the broth was amazing and my pho had the right noodles and meat to broth ratio. also the suppenknödel were good. the cocktails were super yum and for each only $5 dollar (us.) make them reservations to guarantee their sitting opportunities. they are usually booked a week. even though they get happiness and get the same day res.

The spice is not changeable (at least to my knowledge), but a little spicier would have made it perfect.Xiao Long Baos were also delicious! Beautiful thin skins and juicy on the inside. Calamari were some of the best I’ve had.Everything about this place is pretty fantastic. It’s a little more expensive but well worth the money. I can’t wait to come back!

A bit pricey but definitely worth it for either a date or eating out with friends. Highly recommend the 5 sampler appetizer, you get to try a good amount of food. The soup dumplings were amazing as well and if you want to treat yourself, definitely get the Whole Peking Duck, it was so juicy and flavorful. Overall great experience, will definitely be coming back.

Went early on a Friday night with some friends. Had a variety of dishes and tried the Smokey Old Fashion. The smokeinfused rosemary and the big block of ice with Angel Envy embossed in took the drink a notch higher. Live performance by afemale singer who was pretty good. Will definitely be back.

The dragonfruit refresher was perfect for me who is non-alcoholic and tasted good. The food wasawesome as well. Jackie was our server, never lost her smiles and be very patient to take our orders. Lucky for owner to haveher there.
