I don’t review much but I felt the need to let people know that service here is better than Chick-Fil-A. I see the same folks every time I come and they are genuine. I appreciate that. The food is real… not like their competitors. Great place. I’m here all the time. View all feedback.

Never eating at Firehouse Subs again.Team of four workers couldn’t get my order right. Asked the cashier politely that I ordered a large sub they said they didn’t hear it. I will never give them my business again! They have 3 teenagers working here with no manager in site so they feelLike they can disrespect the customers. They refused to make my sandwich for the simple fact that I placed it in the app and the app set it for the next day, I asked one of them to cancel the order and they said they didn’t know how to do it! Welcome to the new normal, where there is no customer service anywhere. Save your money and your sanity and stay away from this placeResponse to their post;3/14 reply to firehouse reply.. funny you mentioned how you don’t want customers to be disappointed and posts here to co tact firehouse online when the day of the incident I did call the customer service line and have yet heard back from anyone about my refund and complaint if you really cared this would have been handled already and for context it is now Thursday and the incident happens last Sunday!

The service was awesome. The man that took our order was nice, polite and very helpful. I had chicken parm and it was great. Big ? to firehouse subs.
Super disappointed!!! Been coming here for years and never a problem. Has ownership changed??Ordered a small chicken parm meatball sub si ce it’s new. I was starving. So much so I started eating in my drive home. The sandwich was obviously cut off from another sandwich which had been sitting around!! It wasn’t even warm, the cheese was like plastic looking from sitting out for a while, barely a sauce. It was awful! I’ve honestly never had a bad sandwich from there until now.I live ONLY 7 min away. I left right after I made the call. So the sandwich SHOULD have been HOT and the cheesy gooey not looking fake.I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
