I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant. Last time I used the app to order and pay, but when I arrived, they couldn't find my order. They told me to park, but still didn't bring out my food. Despite being disabled, I had to go inside and get my food myself. Today, I decided not to use the app. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I agreed to round up my bill to $15 for the TB foundation. I gave the cashier $25, but she closed the register before giving me my $10 change. This was the worst food experience I've had in my 55 years.
For months they would make every drive through order wrong, I mean every order. The problem was that the dinning room was closed so you would have to get back in the car line to get it fixed. Several times I did not figure it out until I got home. Now, they are closed for no apparent reason half the time I go there. I love Taco Bell food! Just can't seem to get any consistency at this location so I don't go as much as I would like.
Ordered a Taco supreme meal... I didn't know sour cream goes on the outside.. plus no tomatoes.. smh.. just wow. Come on kids...think smarter and not harder. One kid didn't know how to work the blast machine as well. Proper training is needed. Zero taco ssauce. Missing some other orders. To top it off... a cup holder would've helped
Usually a great experience here. Sometimes they mix up your order. One time we ended up with like 4 chalupas and all we had were crunchy tacos ordered so that was a win?
The doors remained closed and closed from today and were so long. they have also written nothing on doors to let us know, only drive thru. tired here by king soopers to foot to foot to walk foot to foot and waste my lunchtime. google map also said that this place is open for dine. to be comfortable!
