It took a while for it to come but that's only because all food is made to order fresh. Once it came it was one of the most flavorful steaks I've ever had. This place is a must-try!

I started out with a salad that was actually okay, but really had no dressing on it. The fruit was fresh which was very nice. We also ordered drinks that were a little expensive, 15 a drink, and those were pretty okay. I also had the short ribs which were all fat, barely any meat, and a weird coffee sauce that ruined the taste of a braised short rib. The dessert was not very good either, it tasted and felt like it was in the fridge for at least overnight. Overall, I probably won’t be back.

Doors leading directly into the restaurant were locked, as if they didn't want people coming in. Then after walking through the hotel to get in, was informed that they weren't accepting card payments and I had to either have a room at the hotel or use the ATM. Was so glad I drove 30 minutes for this experience.

They had one waitress, a manager and maybe a hostess serving meals for 60 people. The food was likely cooked in advance and held in a steam table, definitely not cooked to order. The brown gravy was utilized for the short ribs and the lamb and was overpowering in both instances. The gravy tasted like it was made from a powdered mix. The food was overpriced at $55 per person. The wine pairing offered was only 2 oz of wine per course. The service was poor. The waitress did try to make it up to us by reducing our bill by one meal. It was a disappointment because we went there based on the published menu which sounded promising. We will not be going there to eat again.
