This charming little restaurant serves outstanding food and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff is always attentive and friendly.
We chose to visit this restaurant because my daughter is a big fan of Masha and the Bear. While the name and a few bear-themed decorations hinted at a theme, the overall decor felt a bit lacking in charm. We ordered meat dumplings and a chicken cutlet with mashed potatoes, both of which were very delicious. I would recommend adding some gravy or sauce to the chicken next time, as that's what I personally prefer. For dessert, we tried the ant hill, which was indulgently rich and quite enjoyable—definitely enough for sharing! The waitress was exceptionally friendly and even played an episode of Masha for us on the TV. We also appreciated the complimentary bread and bottled water. Overall, we will certainly be returning! Our total for two dishes, dessert, and a tip came to $45.
If you're in search of delicious Russian cuisine in Aurora, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The ambiance is quite pleasant, and the food is outstanding. I sampled the compote and the Khinkali, both of which were fantastic. While the meat in the Khinkali had a slightly veiny texture, it was still very flavorful. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area or if you're eager to experience authentic Russian dishes.
The food was exceptional, the staff was extremely friendly, and the service was quick! It was a delight to savor the amazing cuisine from the Aurora region. Thank you!
