The staff were incredibl... read more I can't understand why I only visit KFC once every 3 or 4 years, because I always leave feeling happy, and this visit was no exception. The staff were incredibly friendly, appeared clean and professional, and ensured I had everything I needed. I ordered a kids meal along with a 3-piece box for just a little over $15. My daughter adored her kids meal, and my 3-piece was absolutely delicious. I really hope it won't be another 3 years before I return!

The so called night manager is rude which I know she isn't the manager but hey I guess we all can play a roll that's not ours ? I think talking to the owner of the building just isn't cutting it with this terrible Customer Service. The food was cold I called about it to get a what's up when I called to inform them they didn't put food in the bowls I ordered with a what you mean they don't have food with her then hanging up on me. I think I need to contact someone to get this under control

Cursed at me and didn't even take my order left me sitting at the window for 5 minutes with no attention. Had me waste my long awaited lunch. Could curse and everything over the speaker but no testicles to say anything to my face. Thank you for empty stomach heavy set brotha. He knows who he is and who I am. I was at work since 8 with no food. I ordered the big meal for 1. Tried to get 20$with if good for myself. Couldn't get anything so back to work on empty stomach. Thank you kfc for nothing but wasted time

I ordered a 12 pc tender meal with fries and mac and cheese, yet somehow managed to get 12 pc chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. How the **** can you get that confused. And sure, it could've been someone else's order, but they had me park in front of the building, come ask me what my order was 3 times and even took my receipt inside with them. I just don't get it.

I came in for the chicken fried steak deal, but I received a small portion of chicken fried steak and some potatoes in a container. The gravy was cold. I had ordered French fries and macaroni and cheese as my sides, but I was really hoping to get the cole slaw and biscuit that were supposed to be included. Overall, I left feeling very let down.
