I didn't dine in, but the food from the drive-thru was surprisingly good for Italian cuisine. I was genuinely impressed. The service was excellent, although they do need to replace the speaker, as it was difficult to understand what they were saying.
Didn't know that delivery drivers get priority. Was in the restaurant for10 minute's and 3 drivers came in after me. They took the time to make up the drivers orders and asked me if I ordered yet. I answered yeah. They asked me what did you order ? I replied you forgot my order. They then rushed to put my order together rather sloppily. I lost my appetite. Part of a great dining experience is being treated like a valued diner. The worst!!
Always love the food, especially for a quick lunch. But Silvia always makes our days just that much better! She's so attentive at her job, and always makes our son smile when we come in!

I've been to this location many times and not had any issues with the food or service.The reason for the low rating is due to staff eating their meals in the same area as the customers with their phone volume loud enough it fills the entire area. Completely disrespect to everyone who are trying to enjoy their meal.
