However, I was pleasa... read more I've always been a bit hesitant about Italian fast food, mainly because I imagine noodles sitting in water all day, waiting to be ordered. However, I was pleasantly surprised during my lunch visit last week. I tried the lasagna, and it was excellent! I definitely plan to return. The bread was really good as well. I think everyone should give this place a chance!

However, I’m giving it a low rating because I noticed the staff eating their meals in the same area as the customers, with their phones turned up loud enough to be heard throughout the space. It’s incredibly disrespectful to those who are trying to enjoy their dining experience.

The service was excellent, although they do need to replace the speaker, as it was difficult to understand what they were saying.

They took the time to make up the drivers o... read more Didn't know that delivery drivers get priority. Was in the restaurant for10 minute's and 3 drivers came in after me. They took the time to make up the drivers orders and asked me if I ordered yet. I answered yeah. They asked me what did you order ? I replied you forgot my order. They then rushed to put my order together rather sloppily. I lost my appetite. Part of a great dining experience is being treated like a valued diner. The worst!!
