Starting with the positives, the customer service was commendable, and the ambiance added to a pleasant dining atmosphere. However, the food left something to be desired. The truffle fries, while a promising choice, were disappointingly way too salty. On the other hand, the Mighty Burger could have benefited from a touch of salt to enhance its flavors. The wings, unfortunately, fell short in the flavor department, lacking the punch and excitement I was hoping for. While 5280 Burger Bar has its merits, particularly in terms of service and ambiance, there’s room for improvement in the seasoning and flavor profiles of their dishes.
