Ordered the other night. Took a long time past the time it said it would be ready. We had to call customer service 3 times. Each time being told it was 5 minutes away but wasn 't We had company over waiting to eat. The dairy free cheese was horrid and we ended up tossing the whole pizza out. It was like slime. Really great pizza with a delicious crust and many different topping options. Great to see that it is also offered vegetarian pepperoni! We had Pizza Nova a few times, and they could only be our favorite in Ptbo: contactless delivery with a friendly driver, and the store has made a follow-up call the next day to ensure that we are satisfied with our order that was a nice touch of customer service as well. Very recommended.
