Bojangles - Feedback

What Ryan Cress doesn't like about Bojangles:
It was very obvious that this restaurant on this day was understaffed and way in the weeds. The drive threw line was backed up, and the customers inside were very put off at the wait and lack of items made. Great little find by the Children's Hospital. The fried chicken was nice and flavorful, juicy and crunchy. The staff were very friendly and courteous while being helpful. We have never had this chicken before but will be trying other locations as all was good and the price was fair for the quantity and quality. Good job guys. View all feedback.
