Great little find by the Children's Hospital. The fried chicken was nice and flavorful, juicy and crunchy. The staff were very friendly and courteous while being helpful. We have never had this chicken before but will be trying other locations as all was good and the price was fair for the quantity and quality. Good job guys. View all feedback.
What Ryan Cress doesn't like about Bojangles:
It was very obvious that this restaurant on this day was understaffed and way in the weeds. The drive threw line was backed up, and the customers inside were very put off at the wait and lack of items made. I feel bad for the only older woman who was having to tend to some of these very rude, entitled, and pissie customers. She was the manager and was handling it the best she could. Drive thru. Steak biscuits are awesome 90% of the time. The one I had on this visit was the best one I have ever had there. They don't pay attention to the tea tho it's consistently terrible.
High if you buy an additional piece of chicken $3.64) versus $2 at other chicken places. Otherwise good food,minus the fry seasoning that's nonexistent anymore like zaxby's) on the fries. 3/5.
