Panera Bread - Augusta

My housemate brought me to Panera for lunch today. Ok, to start with, the bread is really good. Way better than I was expecting. Secondly, the sandwich was generously portioned and absolutely delicious. Oh man have I been missing out!

Great food and good service as always, but it's a shame that they have the suit of all the others where they raise/hold the same prices and give you less for your money... but it was filled and satisfying. I always found it a pain to get your food and drink in two different places. During this visit they did not use / I had no vibrating summer to inform me when my food was ready. They always have to scream to people to tell them that their drink is ready. It must be a better way to do it.

They meet or exceed my expectations with the Augusta ME Panera. I always have a smiling face greeting me and a slight corresponding conversation from the staff. Although I rarely check chains, this day makes 4/5 days a week. I love the coffee subscription that is free until January! Nice free stuff? Get the Panera membership.

I've been here for 15 years. Didn't lose anything. If everything's better. Excellent staff, they take care of the food. I never waited for help if I need anything. Always clean. If you consider going, and read reviews to make a choice, my suggestion is yes, to Panera every time! Yeah, it's better than anyone else in Maine.

I ordered a steak sandwich, took a bite and went... oh no. Here's horse stable. I'm allergic. I went to the checkout to make sure that abs they said it was, asked if there was a problem. I said no, I'm just allergic and took a bite, not a big deal. Get some Hives, but need more than that to be an important problem. They went back to my table, and they came out, offered to make a new sandwich and brought it to the table without any kind of attitude and without even expecting me to ask much less. Great service.
