The server was very good. The service was good halfway through, then she got really busy, so it slowed down considerably. I do not blame the server for that. I feel there wasn’t enough help. The ambiance would have gotten a higher rating, but the noise level from other patrons brought that score down. As soon as we walked in, it was extremely loud and continued during our entire meal. This is my third visit to this restaurant, and I think I'm done for good! Unfortunately, I experienced the same poor service as in my previous visits. This time, I was served a limp Caesar salad, an overcooked medium burger, stale carrot cake for dessert, and a lukewarm cup of coffee. Given that it's still light out before dinner, the beautiful summer views that this place is known for were missing, which made the atmosphere quite unappealing.
We had a fantastic experience! The view was stunning, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We truly enjoyed our time there. We discovered this gem just a week ago and can’t wait to return in the spring!
