The service was just as poor as before, and this time the food was also disappointing. The Caesar salad had limp lettuce, the medium-rare burger was overcooked, the carrot cake dessert was very stale, and the coffee was barely warm. Moreover, without the stunning views that this place offers in the summer, the atmosphere was lacking in appeal. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
