We didn't feel very welcome at first as there was a misunderstanding when making the reservation. From our side the information was correct, but with August something went wrong during the communication process. That's not a problem in itself, but the way we dealt with it wasn't service-oriented. After an unpleasant greeting, we were seated at the table and before we were actually served, August wanted to see our reservation confirmation by email. Since the reservation was made over a month ago, we no longer had it and August came up with the idea to search for it in the system himself and was successful. In the end it turned out that the error happened internally. At least they apologized to us, but the mood at the beginning of the experience was a bit deceptive. The food was excellent and a lovely experience. You'll definitely be full and won't go home empty-handed. Without the incident at the beginning, which was very unnecessary, it would have been a perfect evening.
Fantastic fireworks display, especially for the eyes and senses of taste. It's always a shame to destroy these lovingly designed works of art and all in an elegant yet wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Excellent food in a unique location. The service was friendly, the wine and the food excellent

The food was excellent and a beautiful experience. You're getting tired and you're not going home empty. Again an experience that we liked very well. A wealth of aromas and tasteful peculiarities such as you never experience them elsewhere. With appetizers in front of the appetizer who have an artistic design very similar and are extraordinarily tasteful. A special visit to the two stars truly deserves, upscale cuisine first class .
Best restaurant in the city and maybe in Loch Bayern!!!!
When we arrived at the wonderful Villa Haag, we first explored the premises on our own: we had chosen the wrong door; access to the restaurant is via the previous staff access. At the place of the event we first received a small guided tour through the premises until we were accompanied to our place. The atmosphere was very family and easy, Mr Grünwald welcomed us personally. The dishes were all a true poem, Mr Grünwald is an artist, the menu of the evening was a play, we were thrilled. We received a small introduction to each act, mostly by the boss himself. Whether the mussels were flambit directly at the table or the creations were completed before our eyes: there was always something necessary. We continued to follow the wine recommendation of the staff and were completely satisfied with it. A real experience we will remember for a long time. Thank you for this stunning perfection.

In this restaurant the ghosts, great ingredients, kreatiw, optic appealing, but on duration quite much creativity. her own side is on a normal course. there is unfortunately a healthy mix and then also the 20 courses are boring and too much of the good. actually only suitable for lovers of molecular-creative cuisine. Hopefully this ingenious cook finds a medium-sized way from classic and molecular creative cuisine.
