From our side the information was correct, but with August som... read more We didn't feel very welcome at first as there was a misunderstanding when making the reservation. From our side the information was correct, but with August something went wrong during the communication process. That's not a problem in itself, but the way we dealt with it wasn't service-oriented. After an unpleasant greeting, we were seated at the table and before we were actually served, August wanted to see our reservation confirmation by email. Since the reservation was made over a month ago, we no longer had it and August came up with the idea to search for it in the system himself and was successful. In the end it turned out that the error happened internally. At least they apologized to us, but the mood at the beginning of the experience was a bit deceptive. The food was excellent and a lovely experience. You'll definitely be full and won't go home empty-handed. Without the incident at the beginning, which was very unnecessary, it would have been a perfect evening.
