Classic Toulousan steak house, high quality and very nice atmosphere. I always order the pied de cochon and the pave d'entrecote.
This restaurant is located at the rande of a large commercial and commercial goods and it is there to serve the local staff. it is open only at midday from Monday to Friday, but can be booked for groups uptime etc. in the evening...and at weekends. it can cover for about 75 covers. don't let them go of his more bland looking outer, park them up and go in! the menu de jour is currently (januar 2017) 12.90€ and includes a serve yourself buffet starter with a good selection of cold meat salads etc. a selection of three main dishes and a selection of three or more desserts with a large number of ice creams also available. wein is not included as it is in some French restaurants” menu de jour but brot. we visited on a Friday that arrived at 1245 a.m. and there were few tables. service was friendly and efficient. one of the most important courses was not available as it was popular. I chose chicken and chips and my wife had pave de boeuf served with a brokkoli and kartoffel begleitung. both were well cooked, delicious and good portions. my first dessert selection had sold out and I chose riz au lait du maison, which was well served with a caramel sauce and my wife had her choice of ice. As I already said, the restaurant was for the workers from the adjoining anwesen and the clientel when we were there, about 80% was male, but the atmosphere was good and in true French style we were greeted by others. some of the seats – the seating benches along a wall must recover and the toilets, although reasonably well presented, showed signs for a heavy use by 1400 hours. After we arrived, only two more came. so it seems that there is a rush of just before 1200 hours, and after about 1300 hours it practically stops and combine that with the fact that a few things were not available, my advice is to come there earlier than we did. this is not a frills restaurant that does exactly what it turns out to offer good food at a very reasonable price. we go back when we are in the next day.
