The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the duck breast (Magret de Canard)—the skin was perfectly crispy while the meat remained tender and juicy. The side of potatoes was incredibly fragrant, and the waiter mentioned they are locally sourced. ​The service was outstanding. Our senior waiter was very professional, dressed like a true gentleman, and quite welcoming. He even spoke some English! Seeing my interest in their wine cellar, he kindly opened it up for a private tour. He explained which wines were produced in the nearby region versus other parts of France and gave me a great introduction to the local specialty, Armagnac. Highly recommended!
