the worst food location I've ever been, not only for taco bell, but any fast food chain. they are so slow that it can take up 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru with only 5 cars in front of me. This restaurant is a fantastic example of improvement. The interior design is stylish and well thought out, and it's clear they have strong management. The prices are reasonable, the place is clean, and service is efficient. Plus, the portion sizes are very generous. I don't usually revisit restaurants, but this one is an exception. I highly recommend it. Two years ago, I rated it three stars due to cleanliness issues; I had to wipe my own table. The prices were fair back then, and the food was good. It was more of a part-time experience at that point, but now I believe it deserves a much better rating.

I manage a store facing a severe staffing crisis, yet we consistently keep our customers informed. Not to mention, the service here is excruciatingly slow whenever they do happen to be open. I sincerely hope these employees get better management because I know the issues aren't their fault. It's time to get it together or consider closing this location until you're able to operate properly.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. They frequently close the dining area without notice, and sometimes they shut down the entire restaurant unexpectedly. The drive-thru is incredibly slow—definitely the slowest I've encountered. They often forget items from my order, and with the lobby closed, good luck if you're stuck waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes just to get what you need. Last night, I was in a hurry for a quick meal, but the KFC side was closed, and they didn't have any beef available either.
I usually love the food here, but I left before I could place an order last Friday evening in Auburn, MA. There was only one young man working, and I didn't see any other staff in the entire restaurant. The woman in front of us had been waiting in line for 10 minutes without any progress. I'm giving 4 stars for the one server I saw, simply for being there.
