Last Saturday evening, I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks at 5:52 PM, and I was told it would arrive in 20-25 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called to check on the status of my order and was informed that it was on its way. However, it took another half hour for the food to arrive, and it was not even hot! I had ordered dinner for my grandchildren, and they ended up eating at 7:30 PM. There was no apology or explanation for the delay. I live only three blocks away from the restaurant, which is why I opted for delivery—it seemed more convenient. I will not be ordering from there again. I am very dissatisfied.
I ordered my pizzas to be well done and instead I got a bunch of burnt pizzas that aren't edible! The crusts were as hard as rocks and the pizzas had no tastes whatsoever. I decided to go and complain politely about their ripoff and then I received rude remarks by one of their employees. Never ordering from Generation's Pizza again and highly recommend everyone to go for dominos pizza instead of this facility that lacks in decent customer service!!!!
Delicious, genuine pizza served by friendly staff. My kids believe it’s the best pizza in the world. The restaurant is always busy, which says a lot considering how many pizza places there are to choose from in Attleboro!
These people are rude i asked for a buffalo chicken sub they gave me a chicken salad i asked for the right thing and they said they didnt give food away that all they could is give me rolls to put it on!!!
Best pizza in town, great service, great people!
