Their meal included an entree plus a side and an ice cream dessert! All for like 7 or 8 bucks. Can't go wrong. Our waitress was amazing she seated us in a more secluded area so we could relax with the kids and not worry about disturbing other patrons. The food was hot and delicious. I ordered the BBQ chicken melt with fries it was awesome. The price was very reasonable too. I give this restaurant an A for the entire experience and will recommend to anyone with or without kids. We had simple orders - just a sa... read more We always enjoy going to Friendly’s, but this time was a letdown. We waited while others with a different server came and left. We had simple orders - just a sandwich, a hot dog, and some ice cream to go - but it took us 90 minutes to get our food and bill for those four items plus two sodas. The restaurant was not full, and the staff did not seem overwhelmed. Our server, Lizzy, kept assuring us that our food would be out soon, blaming the delay on the scoopers. We were also charged extra for a topping on our medium sundae, despite being told it came with two toppings. This Friendly’s may be one of the last ones around, but if the service doesn’t improve, it may not be for much longer.

I went out to eat with my brother and sister for dinner this sunday evening, and we ordered our food.. everything is great. There 's like one waitress one (she was fabulous, waiting tables, running food and seating guests). Later on we get our check and there 's a few issues we wanted to ask about on our check. We were overcharged by almost 30 bucks. So the waitress asked her manager and came back with a new check. They took just under $8 off.. we were still overcharged by $20 or so. the wait asked if we were ready to pay (we were all cashapp 'ing to one person so we were figuring out who was to pay what) so we asked just for another minute.. When the manager Jim comes over, takes his wallet out and throws $5 at us saying I 'm not going to fxcking argue with you over a couple of dollars . First of all Jim, it was a lot more than a couple dollars. Secondly that was horribly rude, and severely unprofessional.

The staff seemed unhelpful, as I had to wait a while before deciding to place a mobile order. Even then, I was not offered any assistance. While waiting for my order, I observed that other customers came in, ordered, received their food, and left without any issues. Eventually, I had to inquire about my order myself, and it was ready. Overall, the service was lacking in attentiveness and customer care.
