I went out to eat with my brother and sister for dinner this sunday evening, and we ordered our food.. everything is great. There 's like one waitress one (she was fabulous, waiting tables, running food and seating guests). Later on we get our check and there 's a few issues we wanted to ask about on our check. We were overcharged by almost 30 bucks. So the waitress asked her manager and came back with a new check. They took just under $8 off.. we were still overcharged by $20 or so. the wait asked if we were ready to pay (we were all cashapp 'ing to one person so we were figuring out who was to pay what) so we asked just for another minute.. When the manager Jim comes over, takes his wallet out and throws $5 at us saying I 'm not going to fxcking argue with you over a couple of dollars . First of all Jim, it was a lot more than a couple dollars. Secondly that was horribly rude, and severely unprofessional.

The staff seemed unhelpful, as I had to wait a while before deciding to place a mobile order. Even then, I was not offered any assistance. While waiting for my order, I observed that other customers came in, ordered, received their food, and left without any issues. Eventually, I had to inquire about my order myself, and it was ready. Overall, the service was lacking in attentiveness and customer care.
