Description

A roomy, no-frills Attleboro bar that’s become a lively local hub—think big bar, pool, darts, air hockey and a function hall for bands, trivia and karaoke. Drinks are affordable (giant sangria and beer towers stand out) and weekly specials draw regulars, while casual pub food can be hit-or-miss. Expect a nostalgic, energetic vibe that can get rowdy on weekends; service and order accuracy are inconsistent and restrooms have had cleanliness issues. Great for groups and budget nights out, less so for quiet dates or fine-dining expectations.

This local dive bar isn't too bad. The staff is really friendly, and the appetizers and beer selection are decent. They have a few pool tables and a pinball machine, which is a nice touch. However, the bathrooms are quite unusual and a bit run down—definitely the strangest I've seen in a bar. I'm curious about who designed them and what inspired the random booth seat in the bathroom! I'm intrigued! I'll likely come back, and I would definitely recommend this place to Bar Rescue.

--- Pretty Cool I stopped by Cassey’s after a visit to the nearby hospital, Sturdy. It's a spacious establishment featuring pool tables and a large bar area. They offer great deals on drinks and appetizers every day. We enjoyed a few beers and a flatbread pizza, which was quite good for a total of around $15-20. The bartender was very friendly, and we quickly connected with the lively clientele. Overall, it’s a solid spot in Attleboro. If you're looking for an affordable, no-frills night out, you could do a lot worse. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

It's about time! Attleboro really needed a vibrant bar that feels welcoming rather than off-putting. I love what they've done with the old Moose Cabin, although I'm not a huge fan of the new name—everyone seems to pronounce it differently, which is amusing! The interior looks so much better now; the changes they've made by extending the bar and knocking down that wall have transformed it into a genuine sports bar, rather than the mismatched restaurant it used to be. They’ve introduced some fantastic weekly specials, cool events, and themed parties. The drinks are affordable, and the giant sangria and beer tubes are much cheaper than in Providence. Friday nights have a lively karaoke scene, too. I'm excited to see what else they have planned!

This place is in the middle of nowhere in the city. It 's a pretty large building with A TON OF WASTED SPACE! The inside is a bit set up like a dark old haunted house. The main area where the bars and pool tables are is a decent sized area with plenty of room to hang out. But, it needs major updating! Near the bathrooms, there is a dark empty large room and another door that goes outside to the patio area with a bar. I would say my favorite place in this bar is the outside area. I like that there is plenty of seating and a fire pit. It 's an okay place to grab a drink with some friends but this is not a place to take a date or to have a real good time. This place is more geared for the local townies, 20-early 30 year olds, that basically rolls out of bed and show up in hoodies and sneakers (girls and guys)! I 'm 40 and I like to dress up and be all fancy with my appearance so I do feel slightly odd here but everyone is actually very nice and sociable which is why I do like coming here if I 'm in the area. It is fun now and then. However, this is not a place I would go to regularly if I lived in town. With all of the open space in the building, there is no reason why they can 't book bands every weekend! Pros: Friendly staff, plenty of room to hang out, plenty of parking, ladies room is kept clean, outside area, locals are nice. Cons: No live music/bands, needs renovations, old and outdated, meat market on the weekends.

I don't know how to rate this place.. I did however feel very nostalgic in here. Like I had walked into an AHS alumni party... pit parties in the summer Cassey's in the winter the place where Attleboro can rage and high school shenanigans don't have to stop after the 12th grade. Even if you didn't go to AHS or Feehan- this place has a great recipe for fun. Air hockey, pool tables, darts, and a huge bar.
