Whenever I order from the menu, I always count the pieces of chicken in my bucket, and more often than not, I'm missing some. Why is that? Shouldn't the staff know how to count correctly? This is the second time it’s happened. Today, I was in a rush to pick up my kids from school and chose KFC to save time. I paid for a 16-piece bucket but only found 12 pieces inside. I spent over $33, including tax, and expected the full order. On top of that, I drove 35 miles round trip and have no intention of going back to correct their mistake. I hope the next drive-thru customer gets exactly what they ordered, especially given the price. This is very disappointing. KFC really needs to ensure accurate counts on every order to match the menu and the amount customers pay.

When asked which soda we wanted with our free soda bag, I didn’t respond quickly enough, so the bag was just dropped on the counter for me to grab myself. KFC used to be great and worth the high prices, but now I’m not sure if I’ll order chicken again—maybe I’ll try the tacos next time. Also, just a heads-up, the loud woman behind the counter was easy to hear, for better or worse.

After placing our order, we searched for a place to... read more Upon entering the restaurant, we noticed it was quite empty, with only two other patrons in the dining room. After placing our order, we searched for a place to sit, but sadly, every table was dirty. When we went to get our drinks, we discovered soda spilled all over the floor. It seems like it wouldn’t be too difficult to clean the tables and the spills, especially when the restaurant is not busy!
