The food and order preparation were inconsistent, with issues occurring 5 out of 8 times. This was my last chance to give them a try. I recommend avoiding the frustration and heading to Des Moines instead.

Usually, when it's this quiet, my food arrives in about 5 minutes, but today I waited 25 minutes for just two items. I'm not upset, just disappointed.
