The staff is extremely unprofessional. I witnessed the so-called Assistant Manager, Kayla, using inappropriate language and being disrespectful to another customer. I will not be returning. The food was unpleasant, the service was poor, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. Just a horrible experience!

I'm definitely wi... read more I stopped by this Wingstop on my way home because the one closer to me always seems to mess up my simple orders, and I was craving some wings. I'm definitely willing to make the extra drive to this location! I can't recall their names, but the tall guy and the young lady working provided excellent customer service. My food was prepared quickly and accurately! I'm very pleased!

The fountain drink machine was missing most beverages and wasn’t calibrated properly, so everything tasted like plain carbonated water. The staff was extremely unprofessional; they were on their phones and dressed in casual clothes. The food took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, they forgot to provide napkins. When we asked for some, they actually suggested we go to Chipotle next door! It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. There are definitely better places for wings out there.

Food is nasty. Service is nasty. The store isnasty. Just nasty!!!!!

Also no napkins which is ridiculous considering I got wings but the food itself wasdelicious. The atmosphere of the place was frankly a little annoying they were playing loud music and singing really loud in thekitchen. I thank goodness I was only there waiting for a few minutes. Overall I would order delivery from here just got thepeace of mind of not needing anything extra that apparently doesn't get included with your an pick up order
