The restaurant has been closed for 3 years!!!! Come on! Get your act together, open table. While the menu items we ordered were decent, they were not worth the high prices.

The chef spent time explaining the restaur... read more We had a wonderful time dining at Trace earlier this week during a DishCrawl! The ambiance and decor are spectacular. The chef spent time explaining the restaurant's concept and his menu selections for us. Trace supports local farmers and sources their ingredients locally. We were served turkey meatloaf, a grilled chicken wing and a chocolate torte. I enjoyed the grilled chicken wing but the turkey meatloaf wasn't quite what I expected. The specialty drink...Fall Harvest was good. The chocolate torte was was delicious. The presentation was beautiful. We were able to take home a sample of a special rub made by the chef.
