By 9:15, we had only received waters and appetizers. We inquired secersl times with waiter, but no assurance or real concern for our dining experience. We decided to leave at 9:30, as we were mot interested in eating a steak that late in the evening. Not sure if this is the norm but the restuarant was not that full. Very disappointing ending for a Valentine's dinner. Various staff including management and hostesses, passed us multiple times with no notice to our empty table. Seems the activity at the bar took priority. At least the soup we had was good.

They are terribly short-staffed. The kitchen seems confused about the menu. Items had to be sent back twice to be corrected. Service was extremely slow with an hour wait for appetizers. The ambiance was dry and quiet. We endured all of this for the food to be mediocre at best. Not only will I never return to this restaurant, I will never return to this hotel for allowing this to be a part of their customer experience.
