We really just wanted Taco Mac and didn't wan... read more My friend and I decided to come to this restaurant for the Super Bowl, even though we had a bad experience before. We really just wanted Taco Mac and didn't want to go far to another place. Surprisingly, we were able to get a table right away since the restaurant was quite busy. We were seated at a unique circular booth in the back of the bar with two TVs to ourselves, which was perfect for the occasion. Our server, Jordan, was absolutely amazing! He completely turned around our previous bad experience with his impeccable service. It seemed like the management might have changed, as another manager came to check on us and was also great. Our drinks were always full, our food was hot, and the overall service was top-notch. Jordan truly went above and beyond, and I hope the management appreciates how lucky they are to have him. He truly made our visit a fantastic one, and I can't believe the difference between our last two visits. Jordan is the perfect example of an excellent server! If you see this, Jordan, thank you and keep up the fantastic work - you are the best! We will definitely be back soon.

The first order of wings was cold and not roast... read more The wings at this restaurant were disappointing. They were overcooked and had the wrong flavor that I requested. The first order of wings was cold and not roasted as I had asked for. When the second order arrived an hour later, it was also cold. The manager, Mr. David, was friendly but did not understand the concept of true customer service. He thought attempting to correct the order three times was adequate, but I disagreed. I felt like I was being punished for wanting hot food. The whole experience lasted three hours and ruined my Super Bowl experience. Despite this, I paid the bill in full with a tip for the server, Mr. Darius, who was not at fault for the issues. The manager seemed more interested in flirting with other customers than ensuring my satisfaction. I left the restaurant hungry and missed most of the game. I will not be returning to this restaurant for any special occasions in the future. The manager's attitude was disappointing, and he failed to understand my concerns about the quality of the wings. I will be looking for a new spot to enjoy wings in the future, as this restaurant did not meet my expectations.

I came here for Beer of the Month which features a sweet little giveaway by the sponsoring brewery. This month it is Scofflaw. I came here just after 5 pm for happy hour. The bar wasn't super busy but me a couple other customers were waiting like 15-20 minutes for our beers because the keg popped. During that time I started noticing all these details. Like my Brewniversity account was not showing any of the historical information. The counter wasn't clean. The QR codes were chipping away. It just felt like an eternity. Even the customer I was sitting next to was getting annoyed. I will say the saving grace was it was nice to have a fresh beer, but for $9 a beer plus a tip seems a bit much. I ended up getting my free giveaway, so def appreciate the swag. Tip: If you come on a busy Friday or Saturday, call ahead or check in with the host as the wait can get long. They will text you a wait estimate. They are also open late which is great for a sports bar.
