Despite being very busy, this restaurant serves the best burgers and offers top-notch service in the airport. The staff are especially friendly towards airport employees. The only improvement needed is perhaps to have more staff members available to assist, but if they have a break between flights, they will make sure to accommodate them. I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My mother's burger and fries were left sitting for more than ten minutes before being bagged. When I asked for fresh food after waiting fifteen minutes, the manager rudely explained that they had already removed excess fat and refused to make a new burger. The customer service was great! they were so friendly and ready to help anyone who was in the line. They took all the accusations fast, even with how many people there was! and not to mention, was eating great

The Shake Shack in Atlanta’s airport served a very undercooked burger. The meat was very pink. These Burgers are very expensive and should not be this undercooked.Antonio who was the cashier was very friendly and did a great job!

The food has been great 5 out of the 6 times I've ate here. The 1 times our burgers were a bit crispy and dry, otherwise great. Customer service is awesome and they generally know to put ketchup in the bag if you order fries unlike some places where you have to ask.

They’re never open when they’re supposed to be. Sitting here now, they were supposed to be open an hour ago. This has happened multiple times, I’ve checked the hours, walked to the end of terminal A only for them to be closed. Seems like a super poor biz decision since there’s a huge line at McDonalds.
