Redbird - Atlanta
Redbird
Description
Tucked in Atlanta's Westside Provisions District, this cute casual spot elevates biscuit sandwiches into a must-try brunch experience. Standouts such as salmon and guava biscuits showcase playful flavors, and service is notably fast with minimal waits. Prices can feel misleading depending on choices—simple biscuit and coffee feels affordable while other items climb—and options are limited for espresso lovers and vegans. Still, it's a convivial Sunday destination for flavorful, fast brunch.

One of the BEST chicken biscuits sandwich I've ever had in my entire life! Red bird lives up to the hype of being one of the best biscuit places in Atlanta with its hot, fresh, and delicious biscuits. The little birdy was juicy and had honey in it which made the fried chicken taste even better. The guava biscuit I got was good but I do prefer savory biscuits so in my opinion, wasn't worth it. If you do like sweet biscuits, I would recommend trying. We sat in their outdoor area and it was spacious as we came near the end of the brunch time period. Our biscuits came out decently fast and service was very simple (order at counter and they call your name to pick up your order). Highly recommend this place!!
I've heard great things about Redbird's breakfast biscuit so I was super excited to try them. I got the classic little birdy with fried chicken, maple hot syrup and cheddar cheese. The sandwich was good, but the fried chicken was definitely a LOT for me, the patty was very thick. The maple hot syrup did pair nicely with the chicken and the biscuit though. And the biscuit also had a great consistency, I think next time I'll just stick to the biscuit with some jelly.
Absolutely love love love their biscuits. I've gone about 5 times and it tasted amazing every single time. I haven't tried during their regular menu but their weekend menu is amazing. Worth it every time. I've met the chef owner a couple times and he is very nice each time.
At the Westside Provisions District is a cute restaurant that on Sunday morning's offers a variety of biscuit sandwiches...this was breakfast #2. I wish was kidding...hubby wanted to try before we went on two hikes today...it was a bridge too far! So manycalories : I had a glass of water, hubby had black coffee along with his Captain Fantasy biscuit. An avocado, egg, bibblettuce, sweet relish biscuit sandwich. They ask you if you want your egg over easy or hard, he did easy. After the first bite, you really cannot put it back down or it is swimming in liquid, not just egg yolks...perhaps hard egg next time? I had the PureGuava filled with whipped cream cheese, guava paste, salted cashew butter. Thick slices of guava paste, they do NOT go light onthis. Tasty but share this one. You can sit inside or outside most folks chose outside since it was 75 out and a light breeze.Music was 80s alternative and pop. Service was polite, fast and helpful. Order at the counter inside, gave us a number and theybring you the wrapped biscuits. Coffee in a to-go cup and you take care if how you want it. Go, enjoy and be ready to walk offthe calories :
The place was cool. Furniture was kind of stiff (think hard wood and metal chairs and tables) but we were fine. Food had an asian flare that was interesting. Server (April) was very nice and redeemed herself from a beginning snafoo. She explainedcertain menu items and was attentive. The food was alright. We had the grilled peaches, curried crab samosas, fried rice andhalf chicken (mostly boneless) and cheesecake. None of the food was spectacula but my gin cocktail was anazing although a bitsweet. We'll be back to try a few more things.
