Absolutely love love love their biscuits. I've gone about 5 times and it tasted amazing every single time. I haven't tried during their regular menu but their weekend menu is amazing. Worth it every time. I've met the chef owner a couple times and he is very nice each time.
I was in the mood for some vegetarian options last night, but surprisingly—and thanks to our fantastic server, Marcus—the highlight of the meal was the chicken! The seasonal grilled peaches with pickled bamboo and summer tomatoes in basil buttermilk were absolutely delightful. However, I won't forget the incredible chili-rubbed chicken drizzled with a tangy satsuma vinaigrette anytime soon. While some of the preparations were a bit heavy-handed and overpowered the beautiful flavors, overall, it was yet another wonderful dining experience at Redbird, complemented by excellent service.
