Was Diane M at Q Time a mag?
This restaurant went above and beyond my expectations. The customer service was great with Saia, she made so many suggestions and the food was really fresh. They had a great menu and a lot to choose from. The drink menu was good, I took a picture of it, to make the drinks at home with friends. Me and my hubby really enjoyed the food and we will definitely be back. Oh yeah, the fried lobster tail was the best.Diane Me... View all feedback.
What Tomi dislikes about Q Time:
The food is too salty and overly priced. They give you small portions for the price. I found a tiny, hard black object in my food. (Picture below) I'm not sure if it came from a pot, pan or what. I broke it up with my fingers to inspect it. I'm just glad I didn't bite down on it. They should be glad too. It was sharp. I definitely won't be returning or recommending this place.Parking: Parking can be very cramped and... View all feedback.
The food was unpleasant; the rice and broccoli casserole had a strong vinegar taste, and overall, the dishes lacked seasoning.
This restaurant is a classic on the West side. Unfortunately, since Mr. Chris passed away, the quality of service and cleanliness has declined, even though many of us have been loyal customers for years. We keep coming back because it's convenient, and many of the dishes are truly delicious. The casserole and turkey wings are absolutely the best, along with the potato salad. As a community, we need to remember that our support is what keeps this establishment running and its employees working. Twins, we should recognize that a single scoop of a side item shouldn't be considered excessive, especially if it has been sitting out for a while. It's frustrating that as prices increase, portion sizes don't seem to follow suit.
Visited her a few times with my dad and sister great customer service, prices are very good and portions are plenty. They make you feel very welcome. Thanks to Ms. Brenda she was amazing makes you feel part of the family. I enjoy supporting black owned businesses I'm very pleased with this establishment. Oh the food tadted awesome seasoned to perfection ?I will definitely visit here again soon ?????
This food is so good it brought me to tears. The mashed potatoes are amazing and creamy, the corn muffins are perfectly buttery, the dressing is just incredible. I believe the sweet potatoes have ginger in them??? Just phenomenal. They were out of ribs when I ordered so I got the turkey instead, and it was, of course, delicious. Now, on to the service. Every person who works here is kind, friendly, accommodating, and so vibrant and lovely. I wish I could give 10 stars. I love this place so much
