This restaurant offers sushi at high-end prices, but the quality doesn't match. The dragon roll is simply a basic eel roll, so I don't understand why it's listed in the "art of sushi" section. I can find something similar at any low-cost sushi spot back home for about $8, and it tastes just as good. The hand roll had an interesting shape but was nothing special considering the cost.
