Old Seafood - Atlanta
Old Seafood
Description
This restaurant elicits a range of opinions, from delicious seafood dishes to experiences marred by poor service. Many patrons praise the exceptional flavors and generous portions, particularly of the gumbo and seafood specials, which justify the price. However, others report disappointing meals with dry wings and inadequate portion sizes. Service quality appears inconsistent; while some employees are commended for their attentiveness, others, notably the owner, have faced criticism for unprofessional behavior. Despite the negative feedback, seafood lovers might still find worthwhile dining options here, but caution is advised due to erratic experiences.

I ordered a 20-piece wing combo with garlic pepper and hot flavors. However, the wings were old, dry, and not appetizing at all. My dog wouldn't even eat them. I ended up throwing them away. The fries were also undercooked. I should have listened to my instincts and gone to Atown Wings or American Deli instead. I wasted $20.46 on this disappointing meal. Maybe this restaurant should stick to seafood and stay away from wings.
The food at this restaurant is always outstanding! The appetizer never fails to impress me and keeps me coming back for more.
The Catfish, Flounder, Shrimp, Onion Rings, Sausage and other dishes were excellent. The prices were reasonable and the service was welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Fire everytime. I live an hour away but everytime I'm over there, this is what I get. The 2 piece fish, friend shrimp and fried oyster combo is so good! We get it everytime. On my way now matter of fact!
