We were in a hurry to grab food for game day, and everything—from the order to the food and service—was perfect. Thank you, Bobbie!

I stopped by the KFC drive-thru to place an order, but the employee suddenly screamed at me, saying, "I SAID THIS IS BROKEN, COME INSIDE." I was taken aback by... read more I stopped by the KFC drive-thru to place an order, but the employee suddenly screamed at me, saying, "I SAID THIS IS BROKEN, COME INSIDE." I was taken aback by his aggressive behavior. I asked for his name, and he said Jackson. The next day, he continued being rude, and when I told him to stop, I was just told to leave. I pulled up to order and was screamed at again. Even 24 hours later, I'm still upset—there was absolutely no reason for such hostility. I can't fully express how mean he was.

I... read more I have encountered ongoing problems with my orders at this location. Typically, I don’t write reviews, but this experience compelled me to share my thoughts. I ordered a kids meal along with two chicken meals, each including fries. When I got my bag, it only had one drink, so I had to knock on the window to ask for the other one. When I opened the bag, I discovered only three chicken legs and a biscuit. My order has never been correct at this KFC/Taco Bell. This will certainly be my last visit.

While I understand that they are short-staffed, it’s unacceptable that he refused to issue a refund. I would have been satisfied with having a new burrito prepared, but at first, he wouldn’t come to the front and allowed the cashier to assist another customer, as if my request didn’t matter.

This is quite frustrating. I'm becoming increasingly disappointed with food establishments that seem indifferent lately. It's time for them to invest in better staff.
