They randomly locked the doora with customers inside and won't let anybody in so I'm not sitting in the driver thru again to get this fixed. I'm calling corporate.

The sign says the lobby closes at 9:30pm. But this location had their lobby closed at 8pm. I won't be returning to this location anymore. My drinks were watered down, my fries were not fresh. Always an unpleasant experience coming to this location. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

They give me 2 breast and a leg and even... read more This will be my last time ever coming to this KFC. I specifically ordered a four piece wing combo which was about $13. They give me 2 breast and a leg and even messed up my sides when I don’t even coleslaw. On top of that I don’t eat chicken breast or drums. Then the drink the gave me taste like watered down soda water and I called to complain to at least get a meal replacement and the phone doesn’t even work. I’m over it! A waste of my money and time! DO NOT GO HERE!

The order taker got the order completely wrong and the team members had very non chalant attitudes, which tells me management doesn?t gaf. It was a chaotic mess. They are standing around talking toeach other rather than tending to customers. I will go outside and eat grass before I return to this location.
