They were screaming at each other and I had to to tell them to close the window. Then, they had several cars pull around to the front to wait for food. We waiteddddddddd.This store needs immediate support.

This place could really use some help, especially with the school year starting; they will need more adults to work here. During my visit, there were only four employees: the front cashier, the manager, a driver, and the cook. The restaurant was very busy, and I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. It was quite surprising!

My husband went through the drive-thru and wai... read more The individual working the shift today (November 20, 2022, around 2:30 PM) should not be in charge of any shifts. My husband went through the drive-thru and waited for a full minute without any response. When he finally said hello, a woman shouted at him, expressing her frustration about being there alone and that he needed to be patient. He was merely trying to check if anyone was available. A simple response like, "Just a moment, I’m understaffed," would have sufficed instead of her losing her composure. I understand that working solo can be challenging, but perhaps they shouldn’t be open if one employee can’t manage inquiries. This staff member should not be left to handle things alone; it simply isn’t appropriate.

She was coughing, wiped her nose, and then att... read more The woman at the window was terrible. She had a bad attitude, was unsanitary, and offered awful customer service. She was coughing, wiped her nose, and then attempted to hand us our food. I requested a replacement because the situation was unacceptable. She refused. I then asked for a refund, as that is simply disgusting. Additionally, she wouldn’t provide a cup of water for my baby. I will never return to this place!
